In a relief to actor Aamir Khan and 4 others, the Gujarat tribunal nowadays quashed a case against them of nonlegal business cinematography of Chinkara, a protected animal, throughout the shoot of moving-picture show Lagaan in tannic acid.
Acting magistrate of Gujarat tribunal VM Sahai, saying the decision nowadays, aforesaid the case of criminal criticism against Khan et al before chief judicial adjudicator of Bhuj is quashed and put aside. "It is that the rarest of the rare case once AN FIR was filed on no proof against them...it was filed on the idea of imagination of the litigant," the writ aforesaid.
